  • Austwick Primary School visit St Luke's!

    The children in year 4 had a fantastic day today - not only did they visit St Peter's Church to undertake Experience Easter, they also had a visit from their friends at Austwick Primary School! The children had an amazing day learning all about Easter and catching up with friends from Austwick.
  • Red Nose Day 2017

    On Friday St Luke's celebrated the fantastic charity - Red Nose Day. The children had a wonderful day in non-uniform and sporting crazy hair!
  • Easter Service

    Today St Luke's walked to St Peter's Church to have our Easter Service. The choir were amazing and sang beautifully. The whole school sang songs, listened to readings from the Bible and from Paul from Metro Church.
  • School is Open as Normal

  • School Early Closure

    Due to an incident at Bury College the decision has been made to close school early today as a precaution. All children are in the process of being collected.

  • 5B's assembly on forgiveness

    5B performed their fantastic assembly all about forgiveness. They designed the assembly as a class drawing on the children's learning and ideas of their own.

  • Easter Theatre Company

    Today the whole school enjoyed a special assembly where Mike, from the Rhema Theatre Company, performed the Easter Story. All the children were amazed by his acting skills and understood the story well. After the assembly, years 2/3R, 3 and 4 enjoyed drama workshops based on the morning's performance.

  • World Book Day

    Today St Luke's have been enjoying celebrating World Book Day! Lots of children have come dressed as their favourite book characters and have had fantastic day!
