• ALFA Concert

  Today the whole school enjoyed a musical extravaganza! A group of musicians from ALFA music showcased their amazing talents in a concert for all to enjoy. This included playing different instruments like the acoustic guitar and saxophone. The whole school sang, clapped and joined in a whole host of songs!

  

• Harvest Festival at Austwick

  Today Year 4 went on a trip to Austwick to celebrate Harvest and make new friends from Austwick CofE Primary School. The children had a fantastic day sharing songs, poems and prayers. They also had lots of fun playing together in the fresh air.

  

• World Peace Day

  Today, St Luke's are celebrating World Peace Day. This morning 6P completed a wonderful assembly explaining to the school and parents all about what peace means to them.

  The rest of school created posters to represent this day and these were displayed during 6P's assembly.

  

• Neighbourhood Roadshow

  On September 17th there will be a family event at Openshaw Park as part of "Love Bury East". There will be lots of different activities including an army assault course and free refreshments.
