Week 1
This week we have started our new topic about ‘People who help us within our community and superheroes. This weeks book was called ‘A superhero like you. The children have enjoyed reading this story this week and having a go at being doctors and nurses within our role play area.
We have been looking at what does past and present mean and having a look at hospitals and ambulances in the past and what they look like now. The children were really good at spotting the difference between them both.
In our PE lesson this week, we have been looking at different ways of moving and seeing if we can remember the different ways we could move around the hall.
I just want to say a big well done to my nursery children for looking after the new children starting our nursery. You were all so kind and caring! A big warm welcome to our new children starting our nursery we have some exciting things planned this term for you all to see.
