Week 5
We have had a busy week in nursery!
This week we have been looking at the book ‘The Leaf Thief’ and the children have enjoyed learning about squirrels 🐿. Our cheeky squirrel has been hiding in some places around our nursery.
In our maths this week, we have been looking at the number 2 and the children enjoyed going on the number 2 hunt in the classroom. Children had the opportunity to have a go at tracing over an number 2. Well Done!
In our PE, we have been playing colour games and moving in different ways around the hall. Nursery have really enjoyed it this week.
On Friday, we had a special visitor come to our nursery. Our nursery children have named him ‘Sparkles’ and he is now our elf in our nursery. He has decorated our home corner and gave us a tree to decorate. Our elf is going to be looking for kind hands, kind words and making great choices so he can tell Santa!
