Week 2
This week we have been focusing on the story ‘Goldilocks and the three bears’. Children have enjoyed acting out the story using the puppets and had the opportunity to taste some of the porridge. Most of the children enjoyed tasting the porridge and some children thought it was too lumpy. This week we had our parents come and play with us in nursery and we made our own amazing Goldilocks and three bears 🐻. They looked amazing!
On Friday, nursery were looking at what is remembrance day? Children were able to make their own poppies by painting, collaging and using our hands. Nursery had a 1 minute silence to remember the soldiers. Throughout the day, the children have been learning why we have Remembrance Day and how can we support and respect our soldiers on this day.
