Week 4

This week nursery have been looking at the topic of ‘Under the sea and the children have enjoyed learning all about the different animals who live under the sea. On Monday, nursery got involved in Global Recycling Day. Nursery came into school and discovered a beach in our tuff tray and it had so much rubbish all over it. The children discussed as a class how it is important to recycle and keep our environment clean and tidy for us and our animals.🌎

Nursery have been very creative by exploring the different recycled materials we had in nursery and made some amazing projects. The children really enjoyed working together as a team and coming up with some great ideas! Well Done Nursery!

In PE this week, nursery have taken part in different games and developing their listening and able to follow instructions as a team. Children really enjoyed moving in different ways throughout the hall. I have to say they enjoyed being a snake and moving around the hall on their tummies.

On Friday, we had to say goodbye to Mrs Woodall who works in our office and is off on her new adventure. Good luck from us all from Nursery and you will be greatly missed at St Luke’s!
