  • Nursery Update

    Fri 04 Feb 2022 Mrs J L Dickerson

    Dear Parents/Carers,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your support with the current closure of the Nursery class.  As you know this was not a decision that was taken lightly but we unfortunately had no other option.

I am delighted to be able to inform you that Nursery will reopen to all children on Monday 7th February 2022.

I am very grateful for the continued support from our parent/carer community and I can only apologise for any inconvenience the closure caused.

    Kind Regards

  • Nursery Closure Update

    Tue 01 Feb 2022 Mrs J L Dickerson

    Dear Parents/Carers,

Firstly I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your support with the current closure of the Nursery class.  As you know this was not a decision that was taken lightly but we unfortunately had no other option.

Regrettably in the light of continued, and sustained, staff absence we have had to make the decision to keep the Nursery closed for the remainder of this week as we will not have the staff to look after the children.

We will be closely monitoring staffing levels over the remainder of the week and we very much hope we can open the Nursery next week but unfortunately I am not in a position to guarantee that this will happen at present.

I hope you can understand that this has been an incredibly difficult decision and we have looked at many other options to try and open Nursery back up for the children but we just do not have the staffing capacity to do so safely.

We will seek to update you at the end of this week once we have re-evaluated staffing levels again.

I am very grateful for the continued support from our parent/carer community and I can only apologise for any inconvenience this continued closure may cause.

    Kind Regards

    Miss M Michael
