As you may have seen in the news we are scheduled to have extreme weather conditions at the start of next week with temperatures predicted to hit 33 degrees on Tuesday.
To try and help make children as comfortable as possible on these days we are going to relax the school uniform policy on Monday and Tuesday next week.
If you wish, your child can come into school in non-uniform wearing suitable clothing that will help keep them cool e.g. shorts and t-shirts. Please no flip-flops as these are not suitable.
Can we also ask that all children bring in a full water bottle on each day - we can top this up in school should it be needed. Can children also wear a hat on these days.
Sun cream should be applied to children before school each day.
