Week 6
Easter Week!!
This week is our last week of Spring 2 and we have lots of exciting activities planned - an Easter Bonnet Parade, an Easter Egg Hunt and some exciting Easter Crafts!!!
We started the week with our first Mountain Challenge - create an Easter Card!!
More Easter Fun - a special photo booth surprise for our grown ups!! More to follow soon!!
We have been learning about persevering during our Learning Time. Hana worked really hard to balance the cups to build an amazing cup wall. It fell down a few times, but she built is back up!!
In Maths we have been looking at more and fewer. Today we ordered the Number Blocks to 8. We then created our own Number Blocks, put them in order and described the numbers.
5 is one more than 4
3 is one less than 4
2 is one more than 1
"Mrs Green it looks like our staircase pattern, it goes up one more each time."
This week in Drawing Club we are reading The Odd Egg. We loved creating new actions for our vocabulary and were shocked with what hatched out of the egg!!!
