This week in Nursery, we have been enjoying listening to a variety of Christmas stories each day as we come to the end of the term. The children loved trying to retell the stories to their friends in the classroom, which was lovely to see. Our favourite story was 'Dear Santa' and the children enjoyed telling Miss Latham what they would ask Santa if he visited our school.

Nursery have been very creative this week, making Christmas cards and crafts to take home and share with their loved ones. They all looked amazing, well done, Nursery! We were also lucky to have a special visitor in school this week. Nursery were very excited to meet Santa, who even read one of his favourite Christmas stories to the children. The children loved showing Santa around the classroom and sharing their favourite areas and toys with him.

To finish off the term, we held our own Christmas party on Friday. Nursery came to school dressed in their party clothes and looked wonderfully sparkly and colourful. The children enjoyed some delicious party food and had lots of fun playing different party games.
