This week in Nursery, we have had a very busy and exciting week, taking part in a range of activities and events. On Monday, we welcomed parents into Nursery for our 'Christmas Storytelling Stay and Play session'. The children enjoyed listening to a Christmas story with their families before joining in with a variety of festive activities.
Over the last couple of weeks, Nursery have been practising their Nativity alongside Reception. It has been lovely to see how much effort the children have put into learning their songs and lines. They sounded amazing! Towards the end of the week, parents were invited in to watch the Nativity performance, and we were so proud of all the children for their hard work. It truly was wonderful to watch.
In Maths this week, we focused on patterns. Nursery did a fantastic job recognising AB patterns and even had a go at creating their own AB patterns using cubes in the classroom.
