Week 7
Nursery have enjoyed reading our story this week. Our story this week is called 'Eyes, Nose, Belly and Toes'. Throughout the story, Nursery were amazing at recognising the different body parts that Miss Latham was reading about.
Our book of the week!
In our phonics this week, we have been learning all about instrumental sounds. Nursery had the opportunity to learn all about the different instruments and the different sounds that they make. Nursery have also been learning about stop and go signals using our instruments. The children had amazing listening ears in our phonics lessons this week.
In Scribble It this week, Titch and Noodle wanted us to invent our own marks to represent our head, shoulders, knees and toes. Nursery were amazing at recognising the different parts on our body.
In Maths this week, we have been learning all about the colour yellow. Nursery are really good at recognising the different colours we have learnt about so far this term. Nursery have enjoyed going on a hunt around the classroom to find different objects or items that were yellow.
