Week 5
This week we have been reading The Three Little Pigs. We have been designing and building new houses for the pigs to live in. In UTW we designed and built strong houses using different materials and then tried to see if the Big Bag Wolf could blow them down!!!!
We also explored learning about different rooms in our houses. We then sorted all of Mrs Green's objects into the correct rooms. We are continuing to subitise and look at numbers up to 5 and we are practising our new sounds through lots of phonics games. This week we enjoyed playing Dino Dash!!
In RE we have started learning about Harvest and we are learning the song Big Red Combine Harvester, with Makaton actions. We are also collecting items for our whole school harvest collection!!
