Week 4
This week, we have started our new topic, All About Me. Our focus book has been 'The Family Book', and we have been learning about different types of families while also getting to know one another in our class. The children had a go at creating their own families using natural materials. They looked amazing Nursery!

We also celebrated 'Dot Day' this week and enjoyed taking part in a range of dot-themed activities. The children created beautiful, colourful dot pictures and rainbows, and they were fantastic at recognising and naming the different colours in their artwork.
In maths, we have begun exploring colours. During our small group activities, we have created pom-pom caterpillars using a variety of coloured pom poms. Nursery were fantastic at recognising which colours they would like to use to create their caterpillars.
