Welcome back to St Luke’s for an exciting Summer Term. We hope that you have all enjoyed the holidays and have had a relaxing time.

I would like to take this opportunity to wish everybody a Happy Easter and Eid Mubarak. 

This term we have lots of fantastic activities taking place including Eid parties, sports days, swimming lessons, trips to the farm, visits from the fire service and much much more!

Wednesday 24^th April – Fire Safety Visit for 2M

Thursday 25^th April – Fire Safety Visit for 2B

Monday 29^th April – Year 5 swimming lessons begin (2 weeks)

Monday 29^th April – Reception visiting Smithills Farm

Friday 10^th May – Year 5 swimming lessons end

Monday 6^th May – Bank Holiday – School closed

Wednesday 8^th May – Reception Wiggle Worship

Thursday 9^th May – 4A Class Assembly (9.10am start)

Week commencing 13^th May – Year 6 SATs week

Monday 20^th May – Year 1 &Year 5 Trip to Bury Hebrew Congregation (To be confirmed)

Week commencing 20^th May – Year 2 SATs

Friday 24^th May – Last day of the term (3.15pm)

Monday 4^th June – School Reopens at 8.50am

More information will be sent out for some events, if necessary. Additional visits and trips may happen throughout the term when offered to school, parents and carers will be notified of these.
