Week 3

Reception started the week by celebrating Dot Day. We read the story The Dot and had a dotty afternoon!! During snack and chat time we have been talking exploring our Chatterboxes - one was all about Babies and the other was all about Birthdays. They created lots of talk and excitement!! In Drawing Club this week we have been reading Super Duper You!

What is a conker?

In our maths we saw a picture and did not know what it was. Mrs Green told us it was a conker. The next day Mrs Green had gone conker hunting and brought some in for us to explore and talk about. The shell was spiky on the outside but the conker was smooth when it came out.
