Week 5
This week in Nursery we have been looking at the book ‘From Head to Toe’. Nursery have really enjoyed joining in with the different actions and movements within the book. Nursery were amazing at recognising the different animals within the story.
This week in our phonics, we have been going on our listening walks inside and outside in our learning environment. Nursery were amazing at recognising the different sounds and showing excellent behaviour around school.
In Maths this week, we have been looking at the colours ‘Green’ and ‘Purple’ and the children are amazing at recognising the two different colours. Nursery have enjoyed playing our colour splat game this week and having a go at revisiting other colours we have been looking at.
To support with our learning all about me, Nursery have been looking at different body parts and our bones in our body. Nursery had a go at making our own Skeleton using cotton buds. They looked amazing!
