Week 2
Nursery have been looking at the story ‘Stomp, Dinosaur, Stomp. Nursery enjoyed stomping around like dinosaurs. Nursery have been looking at dinosaur bones and we made our own Skelton of a dinosaur this week. They looked fantastic!
In Phonics, we have been looking at rhythm and rhyme. Nursery enjoyed finding a rhyming pair with a range of objects in our tuff tray. Nursery have enjoyed rhyming cat with hat this week.
In our maths this week, we have been looking at 3D shapes. Nursery were at amazing at revisiting 2D Shapes. Nursery have been looking at cubes, cuboids, cylinders and spheres. Nursery have been sorting the 3D shapes to their matching widgit.
