Week 1
Nursery have enjoyed learning all about their new topic this term. Nursery have started to learn all about Dinosaurs. Our book this week was called ‘How to look after a dinosaur’. Nursery enjoyed pretending to be dinosaurs within the classroom. For our guided draw, Nursery have been drawing their own dinosaur eggs. They looked amazing.
To celebrate Earth Day, Nursery have been discussing why it is important to protect and love our world that we live in. Nursery enjoyed going on a outdoor hunt in our outdoor environment to celebrate how important our outdoors is for us.
Within our maths this week, Nursery have been revisiting capacity. Nursery had a go at making empty, half full and full bottles using loose parts. Fantastic work Nursery!
At the end of the week, Nursery got involved in their Easter parade wearing their amazing and colourful Easter hats that they have made at home.
