On Friday we said a temporary farewell to Mrs Martindale who has now started her maternity leave. We wish her all the very best.
Below is the letter that we sent out on Friday.

Dear Parents/Carers
Today St Luke’s says a temporary farewell to Mrs Martindale as she starts her maternity leave. We would like to wish her all the best.
Mrs Martindale says, “It’s not bye forever, but bye for now. Thank you everybody for the support. I will miss being in school and seeing everybody’s happy faces and wish everybody a joyful summer.”
Taking over from Mrs Martindale will be Miss Lawrence, who we are sure you will recognise from around school.
Miss Lawrence says, “I am really excited to be teaching Class 2M. So far they have been a delight to teach and I am looking forward to the next 3 weeks.”
